My Favorite Advanced Tools for Outbound Marketing for 2024

Table of Contents

As a Fractional CMO working mainly with startup companies, a huge chunk of my time is dedicated to different outbound initiatives. From arranging cold calls, email sequences, to cold outreach on LinkedIn – I’m doing whatever is in my power to spread the word out and book qualified meetings to my clients.

Many times people ask me what is more important – inbound or outbound. Well, my answer is that it depends on the maturity of your marketing. While inbound (especially organic traffic) brings you the warmest and cheapest leads, it takes time to establish an “inbound machine” that provides results from day one. Therefore, I always advise my clients to start with outbound initiatives that bring much faster results, while working on the inbound strategy. will bring you the fastest results.

Yet, outbound marketing is hard. Unfortunately, the days when we could just send people connection requests on LinkedIn and cold messages are over. These days people are swamped by messages. I remember that I read somewhere that an average senior person receives between five to ten sales messages a day(!).

So how do you grab the attention of your prospects? I found several tools that can help me a lot in my outbound initiatives. I wish to share with you a few:

1. Samplead

Samplead is an innovative platform that elevates outbound marketing by leveraging trigger-based outreach to connect with leads at the most opportune moments. By integrating with various data sources and monitoring key behavioral signals, Samplead identifies when a prospect engages in actions that indicate interest, such as visiting a specific webpage, downloading a resource, or showing intent signals like a change in job title. When these predefined triggers are met, Samplead automatically initiates a personalized outreach sequence, delivering timely and relevant messages tailored to the prospect’s current needs and context. This proactive approach ensures that outbound teams engage with leads when they are most likely to convert, significantly improving response rates and accelerating the sales cycle.

How It Benefits Outbound Teams: Samplead enables outbound teams to efficiently identify, segment, and reach out to high-quality leads. With features like automated prospecting, hyper-targeted segmentation, and personalized messaging, Samplead helps SDRs and sales teams spend more time engaging with potential clients and less time on manual research. This boosts productivity and increases the chances of securing meetings with decision-makers.

2. Sendspark

Sendspark helps you to create personalized videos you can send over email or LinkedIn in mass. It is a great tool for creating videos that you can send by email or by LinkedIn. The platform enables you to record a video one time, and then use AI to personalize it by adding the name of your prospect according to a list you provide.

But it doesn’t stop there!

Once your prospects click to view the video, it takes them to a dedicated landing page that includes the video and a meeting scheduler connected to your Calendly. This is absolutely awesome and personally increased my conversions by 10X.

3. Voxia.ai

Voxia is not exactly an outbound tool, yet in my opinion is a must in any of my sequences.

Voxia.ai is a great tool that offers AI-powered call agents. In most cases, companies are using Voxia as an AI receptionist for their customer service. Yet, the platform also can conduct calls on your behalf. The way I personally use the tool is to make sure that it calls to every prospect that fill up the form, didn’t show up to a meeting, or is on “hold” status for too long. After checking many softwares and tools I must share that Voxia’s voice and the way it can develop conversation feels the most realistic among all the other players in the market. In most cases, prospects don’t realize that they are talking to a machine.

4. Dripify

I know Dripify is already known in the market, but I can’t emphasize enough how much I LOVE this tools. It is not fancy, and not too much sophisticated, yet it does the job.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with the tool, it helps you create outbound outreach via LinkedIn. After a simple integration with your LinkedIn profile, you can easily scrap lists of your target audience, and then create a sequence of different engagements that is dedicated to them. As an example, you can like your prospect’s posts, view their profiles, follow them, send them connection requests or Inmails, and even emails in case their email is available on their profile.

The reason I like them is due to their simplicity. They don’t try to be a complete outbound platform like Apollo, and in my opinion, they are way more comfortable to use than companies such as Kennected or Waalaxy.

I highly encourage you to use these tools and suggest others in the comment section below.
